The Northeast Ohio Hospital Opioid Consortium and member hospitals are committed to helping healthcare providers stem the tide of opioid use disorder (OUD) in our communities. We offer several mechanisms to do this, including Educational Courses for nurses, frontline staff and prescribers.  Also available is a Seminars page featuring informative events hosted or endorsed by the NEO Opioid Consortium and the Opioid Mangement Toolkit with multiple provider interventions.

Opioid Management Toolkit

We have developed an Opioid Management Toolkit with several tools to help mitigate opioid over-prescribing in health systems and among providers. The Toolkit was created as part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Overdose Data 2 Action grant in partnership with MetroHealth and the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.
