This brief guide will help you setup your account and begin completing the learning module(s) in the Opioid Consortium Education Portal. Need help? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 1: Go to the education website at https://opioidconsortium-education.org
Step 2: Click on "Register for Account"
Step 3: Complete the registration form. You must use your Hospital work domain email address.
Step 4: Follow the prompts to complete registration. Please note that by confirming registration via the email link, you agree to the Terms and Conditions for the education portal. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam or junk email folder.
Step 5: After your first login, you must complete the user profile. Please make sure to select your respective Hospital System from the list of facilities and select your discipline.
Step 6: Once your account setup is complete, you can begin taking the appropriate module(s). (*Note: when you open the training in your internet browser (Chrome or Microsoft Edge work the best), make sure you enable pop-us and cookies; no personal information is collected by enabling these, only course information).
Step 7: At the end of the each course, click Submit. Look for the link under the course to complete the Evaluation to release the link to your completion or CE certificate. You won't be able to print unless you complete the evaluation first.
